Valley Tweed is a traditional 100% wool tweed yarn. It is spun and dyed in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, the home of Rowan. It is a very lofty yarn due to the special way it is spun and available in 10 beautiful shades.

Play around with the colour palette available in Valley Tweed with Colourblock Scarf by Dee Hardwicke. This pattern explores both texture of the stitches as well as colourwork using stripes and plaid.

Knit Beautham, a design by Lisa Richardson using Valley Tweed. With diagonal cable detail and funnel neck, this pattern is suitable for the more experienced knitter. Tweedy texture from the yarn perfectly complements the cable columns.
