Calling all Yarn Picasso's!
We've just received a new shipment of Rowan Kidsilk Haze, with a restock of our favourite colours and some brand new shades. Barb hand picked some colour combos to make custom shade palettes we are calling Paint Boxes.
Available in two sizes - a 3 ball box ( 630m/687 yds) and 6 ball box (1260m/1375yds), you can choose you favourite colour palette or you can mix and match boxes if you would like a fuller colour spectrum to play with.
Colour Palettes are:
- Neon Kiss - bright pink, yellow, & golden poppy
- Cozy Glam - graphic black, white and soft pink
- Classic Rose Quartz - soft dusty rose to soft steel greys
- Summer Peaches V1 - soft peach, apricot,and scarlet red with pink undertones
- Summer Peaches V2 - and V2 - soft peach, apricot and ruby red
- Caribbean Dreams - shades of turquoises, greens and watery blues
- Moss Gardens - olive, gold and apple green
- Natural Pearls - cream, pearl and branch with pink undertones
- Marble Tiles - 3 true blues with range and intensity
By itself, Kid Silk Haze creates an ethereal, weightless fabric. Held double with itself or with another fingering weight yarn will give a DK or worsted weight gauge. We use it as a "magic yarn" whenever we need to bulk up our gauge a bit!

- Easy Folded Poncho - In our sample in the photo, we used two 3 ball boxes (1 each of Cozy Glam and Classic Rose Quartz) held the yarn double throughout to create different shades and blend the colours.

Needle Size: 3.25 - 5 mm (US 3 - 8)
Yarn Fibre: 70% mohair, 30% silk
Care instructions: Hand wash cool, lay flat to dry.
