Is it a capelet? Or a poncho? or maybe it's a cowl?  We think all of the above!

The Shoulder Cozy by Churchmouse Yarns & Teas is the perfect touch of lightness, a garment that can be worn a multitude of ways, and in all seasons. Slip it down over your shoulders for daytime or evening summer strolls outdoors or scrunch it up around your neck and under your coat for fall.  This is a very fast and easy project suitable for complete beginners.

We've reyarned this classic project in BC Garn Sarah Tweed (50% Mulberry Silk, 40% Wool, 10% Silk Noil) and Shibui Tweed Silk Cloud (65% Silk, 35% Kid Mohair).  Holding two stands together (one Sarah Tweed and one Tweed Silk Cloud) these yarns make a beautiful fabric with softness, shine and silky drape. Barb made one for Cynthia over a weekend. Cynthia loves it: "wow, this is just the perfect garment to wear as a slipover. It's super soft, light and insulating. Great for cool breezes and air conditioning indoors. The soft neutral shades make it a perfect wardrobe addition."

Please note: Because many of you may already have the pattern, it is not included in the kit, but is sold separately below.

Kit quantities are limited. Choose from tone on tone colours or pick a kit with two shades of Shibui Tweed Silk Cloud for a striped version of the Shoulder Cozy.
