When Ruth Gallo (Hand Maiden/Fleece Artist) was here in Edmonton during the Knit for Fun retreat, we all admired the beautiful sweater she was wearing. It's called "Queens County" (one of Ruth's designs) and Ruth made it using Fleece Artist Blue Faced Leicester 2/8 and Zambezi held together. These two yarns make a light and lofty fabric and show off cables and lace beautifully in this pretty little cardigan!

One bundle is all it takes to do a size 34/36 or two bundles to do a 38/40 or larger. Each bundle contains two skeins of BFL 2/8 and one skein of Zambezi. The Queen's County pattern is also included.

BFL 2/8 (two contained in a kit)
Ball Weight: 125g /4.4oz
Ball Length: 500 m / 546 yds
Knitting Gauge: 26 sts = 10cm / 4"
Needle Size: 3.0mm (US 2)
Yarn Fibre: 100% Blue Face Leicester Wool
Care Instructions: Hand wash, lay flat to dry.

Zambezi (one contained in a kit)
