We make a commitment to all of our customers that the products you are purchasing haven't been previously purchased. This means that they haven't spent a night, or even a portion of a day in someone else's home, car, bag, etc. We're really strict about that policy, especially when it comes to yarn and fibre.

If you have an item that is defective, please contact us, anytime, at info@rivercityyarns.com and we'll replace it if we can or refund you if we can't.
