Pattern Suggestions:

Rowan also created numerous patterns for fine yarns held double or single, designed by Lisa Richardson. For knitting patterns, look at the warm and elegant collar Ada, the beaded scarf Alma, the lace scarf Della, and the cabled scarf Serene.

To crochet with fine weight yarns, check out the triangle shawl Effie, the wave-shaped scarf Harriet, and the crochet flower motif wrap Josie.

For substitutions, Rowan Cashmere Haze and Rowan Kidsilk Haze are interchangeable and Rowan Fine Lace doubled will work well in these patterns too.

For a fast and easy cowl, check out Barb's Cashmere Haze Ribbed Loop cowl (free pattern). Knit double stranded this pattern has you playing with colour to create three different but similar shades. It can be worn as a long loop or doubled for extra warm and colour, closer to your face. Try it with Rowan Cashmere Haze or Rowan Kidsilk Haze (interchangeable) or try using a double strand of Rowan Fine Lace for your own version of the Ribbed Loop.

Note about yarns from our website: Photographs aren't perfect; they don't capture the texture and feel of the yarn. Colours viewed on different monitors may have shade and tone differences from the actual product.
