When the world was suddenly put on hold as we dealt with a global pandemic and we were all ordered to stay home in order to slow the spread, Barb took out her stitch dictionary and a few balls of our Epic Yarn and said, “let’s have some fun!” Barb chose some designs that used only knit and purl stitches but were clever combinations that will keep you intrigued and entertained. She designed a beautiful scarf (or wrap) that we will be sharing with you, week by week! Want to join us? Here’s what you’ll need:
Scarf: Finished size blocked: 8.5 inches x 72 inches
- 3 balls of RCY Epic Yan (100% wool, 100g / 188m),
- 4.5mm (US7) knitting needles,
- a handful of stitch markers,
- a cable needle 4.5 mm or slightly larger.
Wrap: Finished size blocked: 18 inches x 86 inches
- 7 balls of RCY Epic yarn (100% wool, 100g / 188m),
- 4.5mm (US7) knitting needles,
- a handful of stitch markers,
- a cable needle 4.5 mm or slightly larger.
Our sample was made using RCY Epic in colour 150 Camel.
